I’ve been tossing this idea around in my mind for some time and then I saw this Chicken stir fry with rice noodles on my friend’s Instagram feed. Keep in mind it will likely need additional salt/seasoning (maybe more soy sauce) if you omit ketchup. I hope that helps to troubleshoot.
